The second picture looks like a Sycamore, as does the bark of the first whose leaves are harder to distinguish.

It is Platanus species! I don't think
American Sycamore (
Platanus occidentalis
)
grows out west so I'm thinking that it's probably
California Sycamore (
Platanus racemosa
)

If it was UK I would say Platanus x acerifolia.
