My best friend just sent this home with me . What she called a lavender bush.. she said she brought it home, kept it outside per tag instructions. She said it promptly turned crispy. She is hoping my greenhouse can somehow mamagicly bring it back from what I would call the dead. Does anyone know what I should do for this poor plant?

It does look dead. Scratch the trunk and see whether it is green (alive) or brown (dead) under the surface.

Yes, most likely dead. Do the scratch test.

Ok I scratched some of the stems, they look white to me but all the branches are plyable. So is there anything I can do for it?
Just so ya know, I didn't kill it. That's how it was given to me Crying
