After spending too much money on a multitude of hoses that I disliked, I finally stumbled upon the answer to the perfect garden hose.

Thank you for this article Becky. I was just telling DH today that someday he is going to find me lying in the yard with all my bones broken because of my kinking stiff out of control hose. Angry When I have finally had enough with this 100 ft. nightmare I will check on the brand you recommended. If I live that long!!! Rolling on the floor laughing

I splurged on the all rubber, Sears Craftsman (5/8") last year. It's really heavy, and it still kinks; not quite as bad as vinyl, but still...

I think I'll look for a Gilmore Flexogen.

Thanks, Becky! Thumbs up

Thanks for the comments, everyone!

Some people tell me the Sears is good but it still kinks. Every once in a while I get my hose tangled in between chair legs but that is not real kinking.

Thanks for your comments everyone! Hose Haters unite!!!

Carol. Make a bunch of up-cycled wreaths and buy a new Flexogen hose!
