What is the name of the plant that is beside of the rose picture? From here, it looks like it might be blue chips campanula or Lithodora 'Grace Ward"

Hmmm, not sure which photo you meant, there is only one rose in this blog post and it's preceded by 2 iris, the next row down is Ground Morning Glory, (Convolvulus mauritanicus) do you mean that one?
