I just cleaned up my old sprouting trays and jar lids to start a mini kitchen garden. I dearly love alfalfa sprouts on a sandwich in place of lettuce. Bean sprouts add another tasty texture to salads, soups, and oriental dishes. I never tried the wheatgrass and most likely never will.

I tip my hat to you. Thanks for the sprouting refresher!

Even though I have been receiving this newsletter for a few years, I just recently learned about all the different threads. Love quite a few. Just wanted to add that I just took my old sprout farm out of the cupboard & will soak some seeds tonight. They're old seeds so we'll see how it goes.
