I had to go back to the doctor because I had a relapse from this stupid sinusitis. Glad I could get in right away. I'm on a new antibiotic that should do the trick. Very thankful that I have a very good Medicare advantage plan so my personal cost was very minimal. These new plans are a blessing for retired, poor seniors like me! Happy New Year, everyone!🎉

I'm extremely grateful that that awful year is over! Sometimes you're just cursed for a while. Now it's time to move on!

I kind of like a certain Chinese philosophy; so many bad years are followed by so many good years. The good years stretch is always longer than the bad years stretch! Good years, bad years, sometimes it's just simple bad luck, sometimes it's the results of mistakes and poor choices we make, sometimes who knows or who can tell? Keep it simple: do the best you can, always be mindful of all other living creatures, and keep in close contact with your higher power.
