This would be a top ten in your personal garden, just like when a hybridizer registers the plants. If the plant was a northern bred dormant, it would probably never make my top ten. If it were a southern hybridized evergreen it would probably never make your top ten.
Naturally if I posted my top ten here and you posted your top ten, people would be able to see our zones and others also if they entered it.
Kent is looking for just such feedback, hoping everyone will chime in with suggestions.

Just adding my love for Plantstep here. I bought Plantstep way back in 2013 and never got any of the upgrades. It stopped allowing me to upload to the Internet a couple of years ago. I contacted Kent about my problems, and he worked with me until we got everything updated. I'm so impressed at all the features the 2020 version has. I've never used the hybridizing features before but plant to use them this year.

The support Kent provides for this software is phenomenal. I just can't say enough good things about how much he's helped me.

I just got an e-mail from Kent saying: "I have a new Flower program beta that has the first version of the daylily ranking."
I just installed the new update and printed out some worksheets for judging cultivars in the garden from the Garden Judges manual. I did not see a way to do in in the plant step program. I was filling out my garden judges paperwork to mail in and thought it would be a great time to try out this new part of the program and see if I can print out the results. I suppose I could just carry my laptop down to the garden and enter the info directly into the program, but I think for me it will work better to fill the form out in the garden then transfer that info into the PlantStep program. It looks like I will have to fill out some of the ranking forms before I will be able to play with the ranking reports and see just how that is going to work.
I have been busy over the past few days after returning from the National trying to get caught up on adding photos to the program. I am now just waiting on plants to bloom so I can add photos of them, I am down from 104 with no photos to just over 40.
