Possibly a Luminary (strain) or Quintessence, a clone selection from the strain. Sound like something you purchased?

Thank you SO much, Connie!
Quintessence looks like it exactly!!
They came in a bag of 36 unnamed Lilies.

On second thought I'm not sure it is yellow enough to be Quintessence. Here is my Q.:
Judith selected Q. out from the others because of this difference.

Here is a Luminary I grew from a scale bulblet that I got from Judith. She gave away gobs of scales at one of the Lily society symposiums a few years back.

This one is yellowish too but not quite like the yellow of the clone Q.

Thank you, Michael. That's so beautiful!
Your base color is paler than Connies. Interesting.

I always say 'A good lily is where you find it'. A bag like that can have many nice surprizes--just goes to show ya--nice plant you got there!!
