It's midway down on a gentle slope that never gets well water, so I guess that's the ticket when growing it in hard clay.
Scatter seed in a dry, *forget it 'til it blooms* area...
With our recent (winter/spring) drought and crazy weather patterns, I'm really starting to like that kind!
