There's the thing...I know how to go to the list in in my profile, but I don't see a manage-my-plant-list function, so of course I don't see any trash can.

Linda, click on the 'Lists' tab at the top of the home page. That will take you to the list of lists but you'll see the 'manage' link at the top on the left.

When you just click on the Lists Tab, it's at the top left. When you click on your name on the list or if you click on your list from your Profile page, the manage link is at the bottom.

Do you see that Linda? First page of all the names. Top left is Manage your own list.
Much quicker, less steps.

This morning I added a box to the top of your external list view, giving you a link to your control panel. That should prevent this confusion for future people.
