I haven't been able to maintain a greenhouse for a few years but this year I just went ahead and did it. My usual shelving is occupied in the barn and I didn't want to waste money on more, so I figured I would recycle some pallets into benches. They are wobbly and I'm looking for some ideas to make it solid without being cumbersome. I'm thinking a simple brace from side to end. Clean and unobtrusive. Carpenters dig in, thanks!

If you are looking for quick and dirty, I would just use some scrap lumber to put 45° braces from each leg to the middle of the bench.
