Hi,

I noticed that your Iris has a darker burgundy than all the other pictures posted of this one. I am just curious, do you use a certain fertilizer or something that brings out the color better? (Newbie here) ;)

It might be an artifact of the light. That one was shot before sunup, so the light was a lot cooler. Here's a shot at the end of the day yesterday. And the colors are quite different - much warmer.

It's in a fairly new bed that's rich with organic stuff. No fertilizers added.
