I just planted Bitsy - hasn't bloomed yet - put it in the Fairy Garden

Little Rainbow--lovely small polychrome--a cool morning so they haven't quite opened all the way yet.


My Heart Belongs To Daddy--I believe there are 21, it's hard to get a good count, some are blooming down in the foliage.


Leebea Orange Crush--always dependable.

Sweet Isabela-- beautiful big six flowers today.

Topguns Aztec Vision--I posted this in June blooms, but I will call it a small clump, was ready to ship it out until it bloomed like this today. I guess it will get to stay a little longer.

Screamcicle--another one I was ready to give the boot, but now it is looking good.

Ada May Musick--pretty lavender shades.

Mystical Rainbow--nine blooms.

Fairy Tale Pink--major bloom explosion today. There are approximately 30 blooms on this one plant that has never been divided. Unfortunately the sun hit it just as I snapped the shot. I am posting the next picture so you can get a better idea of the pretty peach pink color.


I am getting very forgetful--need to add these:

Mister Butters-another one I was about to give up on, until it was moved last year where it showed signs of being much better, and this year it really is with about 13 scapes, never seen this before in the six years it has been here.

Meme's Garden Party--taken last evening, shows no signs of sun damage, very happy, love this polychrome and it's just starting its first full year here.

Buttered Popcorn--I call this the "gold standard" for this daylily is an extremely rich gold color, really stands out.

Rose Emily--perfect pink flowers


Velvet Shadows--interesting that they flower in a circle--that's Lullaby Baby hanging over.


Midnight Magic--so striking, that deep dark velvet look.

This clump has 8 scapes. It's been blooming for several days with several buds left. Just wish I knew it's name. Any suggestions? It's probably the first daylily I bought. I made a note at the time that it's a Strawberry Candy, but obviously it's not.

In over a month now we have had one 5 min. little shower, it is a wonder I have any clumps at all. The temps have been up in the upper nineties it seems like forever, my pods are not setting, but I do still have some blooms.

'Bela Lugosi': This plant has done very well this year, pod has set no pods, but tons of blooms.

'Take Me Along": One of a very few plants that has ever actually formed a clump in this bed, the dip 'The Jury's Out' also does great in this bed.

You have no idea how much I love, love, love the clump photos! Wished I had much more doing that in my garden beds!

Heavenly Tiger Tails-nice contrast in color with the eyezone

Lullaby Baby-another bunch of blooms, fourteen or more

Persian Market--this is just one side of the plant

Miss Amelia--26 plants, can't count the blooms, but there's a lot.

Mint Octopus--small clump with big pretty flowers.

Imperial Lemon--lucky to get this shot, rain started pouring down shortly after. The fragrance is wonderful.

Peacock Uprising--just four flowers, but I love the look of them.
And now my favorite for today--Golliwog with a few Fairy Tale Pink blooms peeking out.
