I bought this Peony as Abalone Pearl but I don't think that is right. It was purchased at the NYBG so I can't go back and ask what it really is because it was from a supplier.

Do any of you know which one it may be? The flowers just opened today along with Coral Charm.

The flowers are fragrant.

Elena, it isn't Abalone Pearl, but it is quite pretty.

I don't have anything that looks like that. I hope someone else will have something that looks like it blooming at the same time as Coral Charm.

At least it isn't the dark pink single I seem to get in place of the one I wanted. Rolling on the floor laughing

The first thing that came to mind was 'Doreen' but I'm sure do to the petaloids. There do seem to be a few that have that look but I do know 'Doreen' tends to be very propagated ,historically by the Dutch.

Your blooms remind me of Show Girl.

It does look a lot like Show Girl. The color of the flowers when they first open are darker than your pictures though.

Unfortunately as soon as the flowers opened we started getting nightly thunderstorms. The poor flowers are completely battered now. Glare

So sorry to hear about the rain ruining your flowers!

I believe the color difference is due to my pictures being taken in the shade, and your gorgeous blooms were so beautifully highlighted by the sun!
