I knew the name of this bush once upon a time when I bought it. Now I want to give it to my neighbor as it has outgrown it's container. I need an id so I can give them care and plant instructions. It's a bush which seems like it wants to get about 5' or taller. It has tiny five petal yellow flowers at the ends of the stalks. Leaves are smooth with no spiking on the edges.

I think it's Galphimia glauca, Thryallis or Shower of Gold Golden Thryallis (Galphimia glauca)
