Wow, Karen, that was a lot of work you did, good for you.

You too Rita, keeping yourself and Lily well exercised.

I spent a lot of time sitting in the truck, we had errands to run in town.

Some days are just like that Margaret. I think I need a day off from yard work myself. This old bod is achy! I might just settle for doing some laundry and a walk on the treadmill today.

And it's still so hot! It's miserable working in the yard. 89 degrees again today.

Don't think I will have much energy today, been awake since 2:30 am, 3 1/2 hours of sleep.

I got up at 3:10 a.m. I understand.

I did a short walk on the treadmill, and did one huge load of laundry. I'm ready to sit and read for a while.

Always bad when you can't get a good nights sleep.

I wake up during the night every night to go to the bathroom and usually have no trouble falling asleep, but if I wake up around 3 AM, I have the most trouble getting back to sleep. There is something about that time.

Yesterday I went outside after lunch to do a few things in the shed, had birdseed and such to put away, but it was so nice out, mostly sunny and breezy, I ended up doing cleanup under the willow and raking that whole corner. That tree is very messy, when it's windy it dumps lots of small branches and twigs. I didn't nap so I was pretty tired last night, I slept for 7 1/2 hours.

Today it's really Autumn; so we should all move to the new thread.
