I was given this plant. I was just told is a annual and clueless about its ID.

Anyone has a idea?

I agree It is actually a tree in it's native climate but is grown as an annual in the north. One of my favorites, but it is deadly poisonous so keep it away from young children and pets.

I also have a plant ID question. This showed up just yesterday. I have never seen it before. None of my immediate neighbors grow flowers other than standard marigolds and mums so far as I can tell. I certainly never planted it.
