Most the time it does mean it is closed but you can always treemail the person running the forum (sale) an see if it is done they might still have some extras you can purchase I normally do have extras left from most of my co-op and sales after i am getting no more interest or if it is an old co-op il mark done and wait for a while then open a new one later
