This plant is not Aloe zebrina, which has different inflorescences (tall, cylindrical and laxly flowered racemes). It also does not appear to be the other common spotted aloe in cultivation, Aloe maculata, which is (mostly) missing spots on the underside of the leaves. Unfortunately it is very hard (especially for me) to distinguish different species of spotted aloe, so I would not be able to provide a more suitable name as an alternative.

I would like to move this image and the one below to the generic listing for Aloe, unless you have more specific information. Please let me know what you think.

Thank You!

This was purchased at UC Davis arboretum. It's a highly variable species as i've read it described. This one was very pampered. If you feel you must move it feel free. I'll make changes in the description to make notes of it. I tip my hat to you.

Thank you for the background info. Fortunately you took a great flower picture and the inflorescence is diagnostic, regardless of any pampering. I'll move the images now.

Thank You!
