This attractive plant looks like Agave americana or another agave, instead of A. de-meesteriana. The rosette of the latter plant has a characteristic urn-like shape (see other examples this page) and the leaves are pretty strongly guttered and recurved. Also, the leaves should have greatly reduced or widely spaced marginal spines, instead of the pretty serious armament I'm seeing in the above photo.

I would like to propose moving this image to the entry for A. americana:

Variegated Century Plant (Agave americana 'Marginata')

Please let me know if you have any other information, or would be okay with the change. If you take a look at the page for americana, you will see a plant that looks quite similar to yours.
