Can anyone tell me what this tree is? It just showed up in a flower bed and I thought at first it was a mimosa but then 2 days ago, yellow flowers showed up. I was going to transplant it in the fall if it was a mimosa but now I don't know what to do. It grew to about 10 ft tall in about 6 to 8 weeks! We have a lot of wild animals around here and if there's any chance it could be poisonous in any way I want to get rid of it.
Thanks for any help.
Sandie
