I misspelled shuckstacks (11 letters), but maybe that wasn't supposed to be plural. (Those are the decorative dried cornstalks bundled together.) Now I'm dying of curiosity what the answer really is.
I would love to try growing the Portulaca oleracea, Toucan Scarlet.

So it really is the same thing by a different name. Honestly I wasn't familiar with either name, but I googled "corn stalk synonyms" to help find the answer that I gave, because it was the only "tall" harvest symbol I could think of.
