I have a few variegated cast iron plants. Most grow out in the yard...I have the usual variegated, one that is only spotted (Moon and Stars) and one that is striped and has spots (Milky Way).
This one is one I keep in the greenhouse because I have never it seen for sale anywhere else since I bought it years and years ago. I bought it as Aspidistra 'Dragon's Tongue'. It does look kind of like a tongue.
