I actually don;t think that they should be sold as houseplants. It gets too dry inside for them. So many people have trouble with them indoors.

I have mine about 2ft away from my radiator. I split it and got two young plants from it put them in 6cm pots put one out in the kitchen and one in the front bedroom for a few days. They didn't like it all the leaves rolled up could have root shock but I returned them to the radiator table and they love the heat and they like being in between other plants to stop draughts.

Had a Brazilian snow but it was reverting. Had a rattlesnake, did great awhile but my part died after a division. Had a rufibarba, don't remember why, but it's gone
