I'm fascinated! Are the leaves fuzzy or smooth? How big are the flowers?
I suspect you could start new plants from the leaves (much like a Jade plant or a Burro's Tail).

Tofi is right. I was looking at Cotyledon earlier but went to Church before finishing my research (It keeps happening this week). But its Cotyledon pendens (no 'S' in front).

Those terminal, pendent flowers with recurved parts pretty much scream Cotyledon... the plant should be relatively straightforward to propagate from cuttings or leaves.
