Hmmm!
Even zooming in I cannot tell if the red bits are flowers or berries.
Really would love clear close up pics before beginning to try to id this attractive shrub/ young tree

I don't think it's Indigofera pendula, doubt it.
I would place my bet on flowers, not berries.
Sorry, guys, but it's best picture I can show You.

I'm with Silversurfer, I don't have any idea without better photos. But, flowers in December would be highly unusual.

Pavelas, can you remember anything more about the plant? Since it has snow on it, I doubt it is a house plant.

Nothing particular I can not add. It's defiantly some exotic plant for climate.

Dont think so. If you are into plants, you should be at least a bit familiar with what can be found in your country's stores.
When you want to ID something(thats not wild), it is best to turn what is often sold or is common. So maybe try turning to that?
If you want to know what is wild, start from native plants to the region, then move on to invasive ones ...
And this doesnt look native at all...

Also very possible that its fake. But ive not seen fakes being make completely random. Even if it is a fake , it should still resemble something at least

Looks a little like a flowering quince trained to a standard form.

Way out of season though... have this plant here , its somewhat common.
But nearly all are the pure-red varieties
Have also eaten the fruit. Sour , but smells like lemons and oranges.
//edit also the leaves dont look that...

I will say with some confidence that it CANNOT be a Callicarpa sp. There is no evidence that the plant has opposite arrangement of simple leaves with the fruiting structures at the leaf axils.

It has more similarity to a decomposing Aralia sp., like Aralia spinosa, with the fruiting structures collapsing down the stems and some compound foliage still holding on green.

Of course, I don't believe that at all - any more than artificial plants having to look like a real one. There would be a lot fewer artificial plants - including holiday trees - were that the minimum requirement.

Pavelas - Is that a storefront? Or a residence? Either way, perhaps you could ask someone there if they know. Might get lucky.

Mutisia - Nice find.
