I have a pot with something like 6-8 big bulbs stacked together, so close, that some even deformed. How can I separate them ? I want to do it as soon as winter will be over, and temperatures will rise to a normal 95-100 F (now it is about 45 F and raining).

They like to be crowded, but if they are getting flattened and touching the sides of the pot, time to separate. I would leave the smaller bulbs attached. The larger ones can be just pulled apart. Hold the bulb part when you do that, and just gently bend them apart. Then wait a day or two to replant so the part where they came apart can harden off. Sprinkling a little cinnamon on them can also help any disease from setting in.

In an last pot I had 2 bulbs totally connected one to another. I tried to do it by force, it resulted by destroying the root base of the smaller bulb. Can I use a knife to cut between to bulbs ? Like I do with the roots .

Yes. I would wipe the knife off with alcohol first.
OK, because it is just too overcrowded there. Some bulbs are almost flattened, some are growing from beneath the other bulb, and only leaves are over the ground (bulb is 4-5 inches underground).
