Sounds really tasty! Do you make any of the fruit butters, like peach butter, apple butter etc.?

Yum... sounds excellent. I used similar spices and put up some pickled peaches.

They are supposed to sit and blend for thirty days so I've not sampled them yet. I also canned the balance of a half bushel of peaches.

Wish I had thought of making your spiced peach jam. Thanks for the idea for the next seasons' crop. Kristi
