The second one may be Clitoria ternatea.

The 2nd one does look like a Clitoria, color looks more like mariana, the native version.

The second looks like Clitoria mariana

Butterfly Pea (Clitoria mariana)

The first I think is I believe is a species of Galactia. USDA shows about 6 species that grow in Georgia.

I agree with the ID of Clitorea mariana. I grow the Butterfly Pea C. ternatea and the blooms are much darker blue, almost purple:
