The second one may be Clitoria ternatea.

I'd definitely take time to fuss with it. I've been waiting two years now for blooms on mine! Hilarious!

The 2nd one does look like a Clitoria, color looks more like mariana, the native version.

The second looks like Clitoria mariana

Atlantic pigeonwings (Clitoria mariana)

The first I think is I believe is a species of Galactia. USDA shows about 6 species that grow in Georgia.

I agree with the ID of Clitorea mariana. I grow the Butterfly Pea C. ternatea and the blooms are much darker blue, almost purple:

Jay may be correct with the ID of Galactia for your first photo. How about G. regularis: http://www.google.com/search?q=Galactia+regularis&hl=en&prmd...
