I was on a garden tour today and saw this plant. Any ideas?
It had a Russian Sage growing very close, the blue bloosms are from that.

Surprisingly GREEN Pittsburgh (Zone 6a)
I don't know what it is, but I sure like it!
Some sort of artemesia, maybe?
I'll be watching for the answer so I can look for it for my garden!
