Name: Mary My little patch of paradise (Zone 7b) Gardening dilettante, that's me!
I love it when that happens!
Northwest Georgia Daylily Society I'm going to retire and live off of my savings. Not sure what I'll do that second week. My yard marches to the beat of a bohemian drummer...
I'm doing a happy dance for you! How wonderful what a little rain will do. We are now getting some very hot days, did reach 102 last Friday and hoping we will survive. We usually don't get much humidity, but it is here and making everyone miserable. Love your crape myrtle.
Just read this post and was happy to actually see some of your reborn plants. Since we dwell in parallel universes and my garden greens up, can yours be far behind?
P.S. Great shot of the banana canna. Glad its doing well. If you want more plants, just scatter mature seeds this fall wherever you want canna plants next year.

"Ya gotta have hope, miles and miles of hope!" Unless some unforeseen catastrope strikes, it WILL make seed.
Definitely the age difference.
