This image, and most of the images currently in the database for Kalanchoe tetraphylla, show K. luciae and not K. tetraphylla.
I will be requesting they be moved to K. luciae.
The apparent discrepancy results from two separate pairs of plants being confused with each other:
K. tetraphylla / K. thyrsiflora
(the former has serrated margins and flowers from leaf axils, the latter has smooth margins and flowers terminally)
K. thyrsiflora / K. luciae
(two similar looking plants with very different terminal flowers; luciae is orders of magnitude more common in cultivation)

I am posting this comment by way of notice to Lynn and everyone else below whose images I will propose moving.
