Wow, such a variety. For me, one of the best things about the photo is the fact that I can see that these beds border a sidewalk where friends, neighbors, and total strangers can walk past and enjoy the fruits of all your labors. I love it when I can find such yards when I'm out walking in neighborhoods in my own town. - Elizabeth
Part of the reason I dug out most of the grass and mixed up so many plants in the resulting space(es) is for that purpose. I love it when people stop and smile.
