Quick Tip: Stop Sweat in Your Eyes

Sweat in your eyes not only interrupts your working in the yard, but it also can be painful, especially if you wear sun screen. Here are a couple of ideas that work for me.

Both those ideas sound great! I have eye problems anyway, and having perspiration drip into them is really painful. Didn't know you could get antiperspirant for the face, either!
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.

Just bought one of the headbands on Ebay! Sweat in my eyes has been a real issue for me and I had no idea there was such a thing! So thank you again for a very useful tip.

My husband gave me a sweatband, works great. It's like a thin sponge for the forehead with elastic that stretches around the back of the head. Wet first, and the evaporation cools you. And I hang my chilly pad around my neck.

I use the Halo II headbands and have for 2 years now. LOVE them- they work!! I buy them on eBay (best price I've found). Be sure to wash them on gentle and hang them dry.

I use my daughters elastic inside fabric head band, quite effective or a crepe headband for headaches available from druggists.

Joining the chorus of praise here for the Halo headbands! Other headbands are absorbent, but that little rubbery strip really does channel any extra sweat down the sides and away from my face. I wear it to the gym, and the guys look at me like I'm being pretentious, doing the "pink ninja" thing... and then I start sweating in streams, and they want to know where I got it. LOL

I'll have to try the B3 too.. might let me wear makeup on occasion without having it melt off my face during hot flashes.
