Attached is what I see grow in my grass today. What is it and how can I kill it organically please? I don't want to use chemical if I don't have. Thanks

It looks like a kind of Medick (Medicago), does it have burrs? It's a plant that fixes nitrogen, you may be able to discourage it by fertilizing your lawn. Or you could dig it out, is there a lot? The grass looks rather thin, if you can improve the lawn, fertilizing and mowing at the right height etc. it should help.
