Garden is starting to give back!! We've been harvesting the asparagus for about a week, but the others are all firsts.

Asparagus, bok choi, celery, peas, fava beans, and Swiss chard. I had to pull the bok choi as it already started to bolt. Replaced it with Brussels sprout and some cauliflower. Let's see how the next round on this crazy train goes!

Thank you, Linda. I sautéed up the fava beans as an appetizer. Hubs never had them before and he loved them! I'm super excited about them and will be harvesting by the end of May. The bok choi was a bust! Much too bitter to use. I'll try it again in the fall and let it over winter. Boy, howdy, it sure bolted fast!

My Dahlias are growing fast. It a first for me, so I'm pretty excited about them as well.

Have never tried Dahlias in our heat. Will be interesting to see how yours do.
