Hi one of my Brugs a single stem with a Y - was domant all last year - scrape the stem and healthy Green - this year after wintering in the garage it still looks to be resting - no shoots on the stem - any ideas how to wake it up !

Take it outside in a shady area. Once it leafs out, give it lots of water. It should wake up quickly and be fine.
