Because it has Sedum pilosa as a synonym. Thus it is shown among the other sedums.

But shouldn't it be place in with the rosularia, since that is it's accepted name?

Right now the system shows all plants that match the genus, regardless of the status of that genus (synonym or accepted, etc).
If there is consensus, I can change the browsing pages to only show plants that have that genus as Accepted.

Let me think about it.
I see it still shows up with Rosularia when I do a search for Rosularia.
