Thread OP
Montana
I've planted 50 young vines from the nursery in my square garden, which is full of underground rocks: the soil in this garden has never been cultivated and is choke full of stones (it was already a monumental effort to dig the holes).

Since it would take another huge effort to till the ground, can i use instead a plastic cover sheet to cover the ground and prevent weeds to grow ?

Are there any dangers of pests growing in these conditions ?

Or other problems to anticipate ?

Thanks.
