Talk about judging blooms in an honest way - years ago on the Orchidsource forum, there was the super knowledgeable, yet having flunked out in Charm School, Mr Cym. ( Andy Easton) Rolling on the floor laughing I asked a few times to please explain a quick comment like "mulch it" and he did! It was educational for sure!

Wish our Lowe's (in Memphis) would sell orchids.

LOL they were selling these for less than half price last season almost as soon as they went out of bloom. I got 2, colors unseen. The other one has a spike so it will be interesting to see that one's color.

Man Glenn, that is a very nice flower!
You can certainly see the sanderiana influence.

Thanks Bill ! I bought it from RN Orchids in Miami... they sell on eBay, but also have a website.

BOTH Husband & Wife are ICU RN's Smiling They import from Thailand & grow on to blooming size. VERY Reasonable prices !
Friday I'm buying a V. Pachara 'Blue' to replace the Pachara 'Delight' I crown rotted from misting (know better now).
