I've seen these leaves harvested in spring...I think...I think that I've eaten the leaves in a springtime kimchee and/or soup. The flowers were so pretty last month.

Yes, it is Scilla scilloides, now superseded by an earlier used generic name: Barnardia. And, now that the Flora of China Project has finished, I see that Barnardia scilloides has been lumped into Barnardia japonica.
