I don't see a problem with those bud eyes. They look OK. But if the heat is really beating on the plant, can you give it some shade ... particularly in the afternoon?

The bud eyes do not grow beyond this stage and it is turning brown. I think its drying. This is in my balcony. Should i keep it indoors to protect from the rising temperature?

You have only one live cane. How much rose was there before you pruned it?

There's something more wrong than heat.

I got three roses. After which the leaves started to dry out. I removed all the leaves as it was affecting nearby plants also. Then i read you need to prune it. It was growing tall also. After which i pruned. And the new bud is not growing. What could be the problem?
