One of the best ways to see a variety of daylilies that will grow well in your area is to visit an AHS Display Garden.

I love display gardens and have been known to spend many hours (with an umbrella rain or shine!) wandering through. As you said Juli, the clumps really make a statement. I like the fact that when you see a clump in a display garden, the height of the scape is probably what you can expect to see in your own garden a couple of years after a purchase.

There are a few new display gardens in my area since I went round visiting them. I need to go see them next summer!

I love, love love Zazu. It often has a pleated throat, which I love.
