Derylin and Joshua ~
I am doing much better today. I actually sat in place for most of the day...not like me, but I know that resting made me feel better, so I thought to do it at least for one day, anyway!
So I was downstairs in my comfy chair, using the tablet and phone...helping with the pictures and stuff. It is easier to do it on the computer, but I didn't want to be going back and forth on the staircase. Basically, I strained the part I worked so hard to heal. It was my own fault, taking on too much at once, thinking I could carry on as usual.
Tomorrow I go to PT and hopefully for a haircut. I am looking like a shaggy dog!
If we go shopping, I will use the cart for "handicapped people"! And yes, wear a mask!
I'm at a loss for words. 
Maybe you can put them in large pots so you can reach them easier.
