Hi, everyone,

"Key Largo Moon" seems to be one of Ted Petit's releases (http://gardendebut.com/news/?p...) among his latest series.

To me the claim that this series is rust-resistant seems ground-breaking news! Granted, they're landscaping daylilies, which isn't exactly what interests forum readers. Still - it's great news to my ears when someone speaks about 'rust-resistance.'

All the best - Elizabete

PS I edited only because DormantsRule had a better URL for an overview of what Petit is doing.

I ordered Louder Than Thunder and So Irresistible. I too love Sheika, but then I have my seedling called Ice Crystal that is very white and has more ruffles than Sheika. I am a sucker for white daylilies, but one can almost get too many of them.

Shirlee, you definitely NEEDED Can't Touch This for hybridizing. Just think of it as a business expense!

James got his LOUDER THAN THUNDER today so I was hoping mine would be waiting for me when I got home. No such luck, it should be here tomorrow. It's funny how the postal service is!! I live 4 miles from James and the packages were mailed at the same time so they should arrive the same day. I guess mine got put on a different plane/truck Shrug!

I also got an email from Nicole that the two I just ordered could go ahead and be shipped so I should get those next week. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

It's SOOOO hard waiting til spring, but they are just so much bigger then and always bloom anyway. Let me know how big the fall plants are.

The one James got yesterday was a nice size plant and was actually 4 fans instead of 2. I'll take a photo of mine when I get it today and post.

Well, even though I'd said I was done ordering this fall and have to save my money for spring, I broke down and ordered two of Nicole's fall introductions today: SUN SCREAM and ALL HOOKED UP. I just couldn't pass those up!

Now I can't wait to see the spring introductions from Floyd Cove -- Karen said they're going to have a fabulous toothy one... Sticking tongue out Drooling

Hilarious! Hilarious! And she has LOTS of company on here!
I don't admit to an addiction but I must say I do treasure my plants.
Pray I can take care of my beds this next Spring. That would be a miracle in itself. DH wants to see that happen. He will do his best to
make it happen by helping me all he can.
You people here have been so kind and encouraging to me. I must continue to thank my new found friend, VIRGINIAROSE, (Susan) for telling me about ATP. It was just to be!
And Susan, thanks again for the journal. It was so nice of you to share with me. I enjoy our chats, too.
hugs, Oma Smiling
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you.

Betty, I have loved Sun Scream from the time I first saw it. I am trying to resist the tempting so ce I am trying to downsize.

Wow, Michele, FOUR fans. I hope I get that many next spring.
