Good morning,
I have never used the one on this site because I have Plantstep, but decided to start with my dls. It should be a nice winter project to get thru hosta and iris. Can you not look your plants up by the letter?
I love the instant loading ( THANKS DAVE)

You might want to ask this on the Site forum, where Dave is more likely to see it. I added a couple plants to my list, but have not messed around with it much.

Well, I am up to 200. A good way to kill time while waiting at the hospital. Brett has been in with pneumonia, a 104 temp but was released today.
Thanking the good Lord !

Yes, it was scary to have a child in ICU! He has been very healthy, so I am sure he will rebound. We are glad to be home tonight!

Thanks for the group hug!

I just put my plants on the list. I thought it was very easy to do and I didnt have to upload my own photo's. If the database has a photo of each plant you add , it automatically added it to the page. It is a very nice way to keep inventory of what you have and also lets other members see what you have as well if you want to buy , sell, or trade something you can see what other members have. You can also add a want list so other members who may have the plant you are looking for can see who is looking for it. It was a nice way to pass the time on a rainy day !! Thumbs up

I just added to my list all that I have uploaded photos for in the past. The only thing I would add is that it would also be nice if you could do a mass "add" to a catagory. Right now I have 199 in my list and all but 5 are daylilies that I want to put in that catagory.

I put most of mine on the list also. I found a few there was nothing on so will see about entering the whole plant and then add to the list. Also a few I am not sure are still here but will enter them in case they are. Can alway delete them later. I will put a few on the l;ist of ones I am looking for also.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I also posted this comment here: The thread "Adding a plant to your plant list from the database" in Site Talk forum and received this response from Dave:

dave said:Laura, I will have to contemplate your ideas for a bit.

In the meantime, if you'd like me to go ahead and do a mass update on your list, and place them ALL inside the Daylilies category, I can do that fairly easily for you. You could then go in and pick out the few that don't belong in that category and recategorize them. Let me know if you'd like me to do that.

I also added Bluegrassmom's idea that it would be great if there was a way to look our plants up by the letter.
