Just picked it up from craigslist. The owner said 'Elephant Ear', but I didn't see any Hosta with that name online.

Thanks.

Maybe it is 'Earth Angel'.
What do you think?

Might be Northern Exposure since the flowers look white .Earth Angel has light lavender flowers.

The bottom left one looks like it has some Hanky Panky or Yellow Poka Dot Bikini in it. A little morning sun helps, 8000 varieties makes it tough.

all tiny splits of undulata albomarginata i would say. a photo of the parent plant or some info about the parent helps. but definitely looks like a few baby eyes of UA which is a very common, but very pretty, hosta.

Hello. Any ideas what hosta this is? I'm trying to label all of my hostas. I'm getting too old to remember all of them. Thanks for your help.

Hi NJBob. Thanks for the quick reply. I'm familiar Second Wind. I don't this I have one though. This guy is quite dark. Maybe the darkest hosta I ever saw. The closest I've been able to come up with is Devon green, but I don't think that's it either.

Potomac Pride, Midnight Oil? the leaves are too round and smooth for LS Black Satin.

I looked at that one and the leaf shape looked wrong . Midnight oil is about the darkest I have seen but has a very upright growth pattern.
Here is a list of dark Hosta see if any names ring a bell with you.

None of these are jumping out at me. I'll go through and search all the names though. You guys are amazing. Super fast response, and great info. I'm thrilled I stumbled across this forum. Thanks so much for your time. I have 80 or so different hostas. Maybe 9 that I can't recall the names.

@4Zeus I think you and I are looking for the name of the same hosta (3rd one). Did you ever figure it out? It is the darkest hosta I ever saw too.
