I bought seeds for this jasione years ago and lost my tag long ago. Does anyone know what variety it is?

It is a Phyteuma species. There are many that it could be...

It's definitely a Phyteuma. To get it to a species level, you'd need some photos of the basal leaves and stems (to see the stem leaf characteristics).
