Can someone id this plant? I bought it at a plant fair and forgot the name of it. It grows very tall - my sister's plant is over 5' tall. It roots extremely easily just by laying a stalk down and covering it with dirt. I was told it was a form of spinach with edible leaves. Butterflies love the flowers.

C. argentea var. argentea is also called Lagos Spinach and the leaves are eaten as a vegetable. Maybe that's what he meant.

<Edited for clarity.>
